This also happens to be the 9th anniversary for my website and art business launch. I don’t think I’ve fully shared until now, that my breast cancer diagnosis was the reason why I began my art business journey. At the time of my diagnosis, I was a busy mom with four young daughters between the ages of 3 and 9, until that point, I was only Mom to them. My girls knew nothing about my love for painting and creating, and it was time for them to see me follow my passion; how could I tell them to follow their dreams one day, if I did not lead by example!
